Lovely item, superb value for money!
Purchased the eggshell blue model as an early Christmas gift for my girlfriend and she is absolutely over the moon with it. Item arrived ahead of time, in good packaging and in perfect condition. It has a very classy and clean look to it (i.e. no info or specification print all over it, just the manufacturer's name in a classy modern typeface - These things are important to some, me included! ;-) and, overall, it has a quality about it that far exceeds the humble price tag. Very happy indeed, would definitely recommend and will be looking out for more Klarstein products on the back of this purchase.

Very plasticity
Great looking and it does perform very well but I'm glad I brought it in sale as wouldn't pay full price for it...was very shocked at the lightness of the box when it arrived and could see why when opened everything is plastic and feels very cheap!

Delivery problem resolved
Had a few hiccups with delivery company at first but with a lot of help from Lina Klarstein UK Account Manager she managed to sort it all out. Love the stand mixer and would recommend it

Food mixer
I was looking forward to getting my mix I like its colour and its sturdy.I don't like how everything clumps at the bottom and you have to stop it scrap the bottom and when your doing scones the top goes up and down you think it's going to break so not happy I think I will buy the mix with the two whisk in it. After using the paddle comes off when mixing ok for cakes it's ok but don't use for bread or scones now I need to buy a new one

Good size product but very noisy and not running very smoothly,so had to return it

Sehr gute und kompakte Küchenmaschine
Ich hatte davor eine Küchenmaschine mit einer 8Liter Schüssel, welche im Nachhinein doch zu groß war und hab mir daraufhin diese gekauft-läuft perfekt und wird trotz der niedrigeren Wattzahl nicht heiss! Klare Empfehlung!
