- Pan is a 4.75 gal. Cambro 12189CW135 12" x 18" x 9" crystal-clear polycarbonate pan let's you see and position pouches. Withstands boiling-water temperature, is NSF and dishwasher safe
- Psv-5L lid includes clearance notch that accommodates many commercial immersion circulators including the Anova One, Anova Precision, SansAire and Nomiku Classic Circulators.
- Includes our SVE expandable stainless steel rack with handles and polycarbonate hold-down strip
