If sweating is your goal this is the perfect thermal shirt for you. I wear it during my workout and I immediately start sweating. Smells like sweat so you will have to wash it but it will continue to work after each wash. Very comfortable just have a towel on hand to wipe your face. Goes great with biker shorts

I like it and does the job! I bought the men's thinking that it will fit better than the woman's, for the most part it does, just a tad looser around the waist area but it fits just right on the chest area, which is always my struggle. I have the sleeveless version which is great for the summer. This will be something I'll wear more during cold season.

In terms of sizing, I'd suggest measuring yourself and go off the company's sizing chart. If you don't have one, go buy one. Having a measuring tape (which can usually be acquired from a dollar store) is so worth it if you shop online; more accurate than estimating.Onto the shirt itself, it works as advertised! Within just a few minutes of wearing, I can feel it sticking to my skin already. After having a light workout at the gym, my shorts are drenched as the sweat rolls down and out of the shirt!! Is this a magic bullet for weight loss? Not at all. However, I still believe that increasing core temperature and blood flow to abdominal fat is worth something. Plus, personally, I feel so accomplished when I take off my shirt and see how much sweat I produced.I think it's overall still a bit pricey, however, would still consider buying a few more after my positive experience.

This is a great product. I like what it does and I wish it were slightly slimmer fitting around the midsection but there is a mending flaw. On the right side of two shirts I have purchased so far the stitching is undo out of the package. Needs to have a better quality assurance policy in place. Other than that I would buy again and recommend.
