My cats love it!
It's the first water fountain for my cats and they immediately love it.The SMART mode is the best part. Since we don't need the water pumping all day long.The lining of the fountain is stainless steel which is good. Better than plastic, I think.Easy to assemble, but mine arrived with instructions manual in Chinese. You can search online as someone posted the English instructions manual.If you also watch videos online, you might notice the difference in the chord of the motor pump. Mine arrived with shorter chord, with no adaptor to remove the motor pump from the device.It also has 3 small round uniform indentations on the bottom of the stainless steel fountain. Based on videos online, I didn't see it in other models. I don't know how it will affect the device, I.e. Will that indentations rust in the future?So far, it's working pretty well! 5 stars!!

It is fake product as the pump stoped working when i purchased the original Petkit pump it did nit fit this machine , this is not the original brand, so disappointing.

A little perfect water fountain!
If you want your fur babies to hydrate, get alerted when the water is running low, or need a reminder to clean up the fountain, then this is the fountain for you (your fur babies lol). It's also SUPER QUIET!! That's definitely a plus!
