Inerzen Back and Waist Hot and Cold Gel Pad Therapy Wrap for Pain, Muscle, Stress Relief - Microwavable & Freezable

I have used ice pack belts for a number of years to relieve lower back pain. This is the best designed and constructed belt I have ever owned! 1.) It is long enough! 2.) The length and tapered design of the ends prevent the wrap from folding over on itself when you are seated. You can wear it under your clothing without looking like you are wearing a fanny pack! 3.) The velcro closure is shorter, wider, and securely stitched. This helps decrease the likelihood of velcro coming in contact with (and damaging) your clothing. 4.) The hot/cold pack is rugged and holds the chill for about two hours! Other hot/cold packs I have owned in the past have been poorly packaged and leak their contents within a very short period of time.I am so glad I trusted my intuition and ordered two of these wraps. I sent the link to my co-worker who suffers with sciatic pain. She purchased one and is as thrilled with this wrap as I am! Great product, reasonably priced. I plan on purchasing more to give as gifts.

This is a very nice product. The fabric is good quality and I believe it will last a long time. The gel pad heats up quickly in the microwave. At first I put it in the microwave for 45 seconds as the instructions say to do. It was warm, but I wanted it a little more hot, so next time I tried 1 minute and 15 seconds. That seemed to be too much, as the pad expanded a lot. So next I tried 1 minute. That was just the right amount of time. I noticed the pad seems to feel warm at first, but as I wore it, it seemed to get hotter. Maybe because of the gel getting moved around as I walked? I don't know, but it felt good anyway. I really like that it has velcro so that you can adjust the size/tightness to any size you need. It really is a "one size fits all". This was a great relief for my sore back and really helped me get through the work day. I would recommend this product to my family and friends or anybody who needs some relief from pain.

These products from Inerzen are awesome. Great design and materials, durable, and give me relief from chronic pain. I keep these in the freezer because I have an alternate product for heat, but I would recommend this to everyone who has back pain at the waist. I also have one that fits over my shoulders and neck. I have scoliosis, kyphosis, and degenerative disc disease, and have had migraines since I was a child, so finding things like this that help make life more bearable is awesome. (Yeah, it sucks to be me.) :o)

This belt is great. I have had back problems for a long time and have used heat and cold to help the discomfort.The way this is put together allows me to wear it anywhere around the house and get the application I need.I can attach it so it rounds me below and waist and cover the exact part of my back that is the problem. Itis comfortable, practical and helps a lot. I just keep the gel pack in the frig so it is ready when needed.

I've only used a few times by microwaving. Doesn't stay not for really long times but physical therapist usually say 20 minutes on and 20 min off for heat and cold. I like the wrap can adjust quite a lot. I probably could have gotten the smaller size. It's well made.

Very nice band but the gel pack that came with it was weak. Interchanged a clay pack I got with another pack and it works well.

pack stays cold and hot for a while. I have even used the pack without the brace.it does get a little heavy in the brace but tolerable.

This is wonderful; of all the things we've tried for bad backs nothing comes close. I've given this to many friends and they all agree. It heats up fast and retains the warmth; ditto for cold applications. Definitely recommend id.Super great company to deal with too...
