These pillows are flat, lumpy and will have permanent creases is because of the way that they were packaged. The quality is lacking. I would not recommend them. just look at the picture.

These were vacuum sealed when they arrived. I thought they would fluff up but despite all encouragement and days out of the bag they are still very thin and flat, kind of lumpy. It would take 2 or 3 to really make a pillow cover feel full. They look nothing like the photos.

I should have read the reviews. These pillows came super vacuum sealed. They were packaged in 2's and were as heavy as a brick and hard to unpack from the layers of plastic wrap. I left them out for the afternoon hoping they would fluff up but they did not so I did it. They are lumpy and fluffed irregular. Some areas are fuller than others. I worked on these pillows for hours but the stuffing seems to be a type of bonded polyester-type stuffing which you literally have to pull apart. Hard to do when it's already encased in a pillow cover. Needless to say, I opened a small hole in each and filled it with pillow stuffing. They are outside bench pillows so they suit the immediate need otherwise I would have returned them asap. The best advice I can give you, buy a different brand and READ THE REVIEWS!

Thin, I expected, because it's been vacuum packed, but I thought that tossing these in the dryer for 15 min would fluff them up. Wrong, it just made them thin and lumpy. I've already fought them into pillowcases, so I'll keep them, but I may buy another set at a later date because they already look like they've been sat on for years and years. No pillow should be so flat when it's new.

After waiting 3+ weeks to get these pillows (probably from the Ever Given) lol, I couldn’t be more disappointed. They smelled like mildew right out of the package, which is the exact opposite of what they are designed for! They have zero loft to them regardless of how many times I fluff them even after allowing plenty of time for them to get over the pressurized vacuum packaging. I absolutely would not recommend them! Thank goodness for free Prime returns!

These pillow inserts are by far the worst I’ve ever purchased. They come vacuum sealed so it appears they will fill out like a boxed mattress. Nope just really flat crappy pillow inserts. Do t waste your money

Pillows arrived flat which I expected but getting them to fluff up took some work. I followed the directions on the Amazon product page, since none were included in the package. I let the pillows air out for about 20 minutes. They expanded a little but not much. I tried fluffing them up, again following instructions. Still too flat and lumpy for my liking. The instructions suggest leaving them in the sun for more expansion. Unfortunately, the weather will be cloudy for the next few days. I put them in the dryer on the lowest heat setting instead. That helped but these pillows are still on the thin, lumpy side. I’ve included a few pictures of the 4 inserts after putting them in the dryer. I placed them them in waterproof turquoise and natural covers from the same company. I’ve also added a picture showing this pillow insert next to the same size pillow but from another manufacturer. Quite a difference! I’m hoping a warm sunny day will help add some fluff and smooth out the lumpiness. but overall, I’m disappointed in the quality of these inserts. Are these waterproof? Stay tuned.

As others have said, the pillows come compressed flat. It takes A LOT of work to fluff them up. And when you’re done, at best they are limp and lumpy. I purchased the 20x20 size to fill 18x18 cases based on a tip from another review hoping to get a “nice, full result”. Unfortunately, my result was neither. They are not full, not firm, and definitely lumpy.In the picture, the pillow on the left was purchased filled. It’s perfect. The pillow on the right is my DIY stuffed pillow. There is an obvious difference. I will need more waterproof inserts, but will look for something else.

Received the 4 pillows that were vaccum packed, and when they were opened, I was hoping for the pillows to be a little fuller. The covers worked well on them. Just not full enough.

These are very flat pillow inserts even after fluffing them up. I luckily read to buy the 20 x 20 insert for the 18 x 18 cover, if I hadn't these pillows would be basically non existent.
