I received this within a week ago and I'm really pleased! I've had such trouble swallowing the capsules but had never seen the liquid in any store. When I saw it in my Amazon search for capsule reorder I opted for this. What a relief! It delivers more in one daily teaspoon than the two large capsules and it's obviously so much easier to take. Now, it is fish oil, but the taste is almost as promised, mild lemony. For me, I saw right away I need to take it with food because the oil goes directly to my stomach without the delay the capsules provide. I can tell I've taken it, but so far I've had no real negative reaction and will continue to tweak exactly when to take it. I have not calculated a price comparison, but this liquid says it's only 24 servings (1 tsp daily) and I know the capsules have to be less expensive, but I haven't bothered yet as it's so nice not to work at choking on the capsule! Don't get me wrong, if I could easily take the capsules I would continue with them, but I can't and I need fish oil supplements. Been using this brand for years and am confident of the quality, etc. If the liquid starts to bother me or the price gets out of reach, I'll add a comment, but for now, it's great for me!

WE bought this for our son who is speech delayed and in the Nemechek Protocol. We ran out briefly and I used another, older left-over bottle of another brand for a week and the results were disastrous! It was so bad that I went out and bought a new bottle from the store even though my new bottle was arriving the next day. The day and a half delay was not worth it. He was tested by the SELP in December and we had plans to delay him starting Kindergarten due to his delay, then we got a new SELP in January and she thought she had the wrong child or that his test results got mixed up. We came back a week later again and the gains were so dramatic she asked us to please consider applying for Kindergarten and to let her re-test him.
