They are ok. They kinda work when I put them in my heels and don't wear any nylons but in my flats with nylons doesn't do a thing. I also tried to take them out to move them to fit better and it ripped. Had to glue it back together thank god it was still sticky enough to be put back into a shoe.

At first, I really enjoyed these. I was finally able to wear my flats which previously gave me some awful blisters! Unfortunately, during hot weather the sticky part started to melt. The pads started to slide up and move around, and would no longer stick properly. They obviously had to be thrown away after this point (after "peeling" them off, it left a HORRID sticky reside all over the inside of my shoes). I eventually bought some heel liners from Target and those have held up amazingly well.

I had high hopes for these as I have a pair of shoes that is just a hair to big and I had other heel pads in them previously which recently fell out. Unfortunately, these were too slippery to make a difference with my shoes and made them completely unwearable if I had stockings or tights on. After less than 2 weeks of having these in they fell apart, not even out. Just broke into a few pieces and that was it. I won't be using the rest.

Simply horrible. I wore these for the first time today and within 2 hours, the leather part came loose from the sticky stuff and now the backs of my shoes are covered in sticky residue I can't get off!

They work great for about 2 days...if you plan on doing a lot of walking these literally slide right out of your shoe and end up leaving very sticky residue inside. Would be perfect if they would stay in my shoes and in place.

These work very nicely for that added room in the heel of a pair of shoes just tad to loose. Have had no issues with them staying in place. Would definitely recommend these.

I really do like these heel inserts. The only issue is they have had to be replaced after each third wear because they start to come unglued from the heel placement.

They attach nicely, however within a very short period of walking they come undone. Tried several pairs and all had the same results.
