I've bought more than one Ravensburger puzzle and they never disappoint. Brilliant color, sturdy pieces, challenging but not impossible. Gorgeous pictures when done. Nearby lights or open curtains to not glare off these pieces it can be placed anywhere and it will be a joy to piece it all together. You can buy with assurance that you are going to love these. I have recently shipped them one off to my Mom who loves puzzles. I can't wait to hear what she has to say about them. I know she'll be happy.

I am very dedicated to this brand for the quality, and especially the non-glare paper used which makes it so much easier to work on in the evening. Designs are creative, never question whether a piece fits or not, they do or they don't. I can work on sections, pick them up and put them in place within the puzzle. Here's my disappointment, I know this happens, but I paid nearly $40 for this puzzle and two pieces were missing. They were not lost, I work on a white puzzle board and have hard floors and have looked under all of the living room furniture. No children in the house either. So factory defects happen, I get it. It's just hard to swallow the higher price of the puzzle and have it not complete right out of the box, first time opened.

This is the second puzzle in recent time that is missing a piece.

First puzzle I've ever purchased. When finishing discovered that 1 piece is missing. Lovely puzzle but not worth $40 with a piece missing. I tried to contact Ravensburg through the support page but kept getting an error message.
