Unfortunately, it powers up and charges, but it won't disperse the charge as there's something wrong with the USB port itself.

It slow to charge and runs low on battery quick. I charge my phone once and drops from 5 lights to 2.

In my other review I mentioned I go scuba diving, so being waterproof was a absolute must and the neat SOS feature was something I didn't think I need but sure as heck did not mind. I use a lot of cameras and recording devices during my trips, so having a external battery back was mandatory. Being rugged, waterproof and shockproof is also a plus. This one charged my video camera in about 45 mins to full charge, which I have to say is impressive I guess considering this thing has some weight which a sign of a solid power center.The flashlight is also a must feature that it has a SOS function that when you press on it twice it emits a flashing light that beams up to 20M. This could be a life saving feature if your out camping or hiking and get lost the built in flash light is bright and powerful enough to signal others for help. This battery back is really rugged as advertised and can charge up any of your devices via USB quickly. I also love the design as it is very aesthetically pleasing .

This travel battery charges at about 0.7% per minute. The fastest charger I've test previously charged at 1% per minute. Most chargers seem to be around 0.5 - 0.8% per minute. This battery would take 133 minutes to full charge a device at 0%. This battery charges at industry standard, I've only tested two that charged faster.This travel battery is heavier than I prefer. It's likely heavier due to the quality of materials used to make this Waterproof, Shockproof and Dustproof. Being durable for outdoor use is a good reason to be heavier.This is the first travel battery I've review that is designed this tough. This charger is really a beast. It's made of strong, durable materials. This charger is Waterproof, Shockproof and Dustproof. If you are going to be using this outdoors this is perfect. I wouldn't be concerned at all about dropping this. It's not going to break on impact.The LED Flashlight has two brightness levels. The button is a little hard to push. One cool feature is this LED light has a built in SOS feature. Turn the light on, press and hold down until the light begins to flash. It will begin the SOS signal sequence. It will repeat the single until you turn it off or it dies. This is a feature I've not seen on any other portable charger. For outdoor enthusiasts I think this makes up for the .3% slower charge and heavier weight.For reference to other chargers mentioned in my review I'd like to let you know Sentey and E-Life are who make chargers that charge at 1% per minute. The Sentey portable charger is a lipstick style charger. It is very light weight. The E-Life portable charge is a solar charger with two USB ports, it's heavier than the Sentey. The E-Life is actually my preferred charger because I can charge two devices at once. It also holds more power so I don't have to charge it as often. If I were an outdoor enthusiast Krazilla would be my preferred charger for outdoor activities.
