These products are born from the same raw materials and are made with the same passion and experience that are used to make traditional balsamic. The acidity is obtained from a slow and progressive acidification of the must, aged in wooden barrels for a number of years. They are ideal on fresh vegetables, salads, grilled meats and in sauces.Balsamic Condimento is made only from cooked Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape must, fermented and acidified in large 60 gallon oak barrels. It is then refined in very small barrels of chestnut, juniper and cherry (from 8 down to 2.6 gallons).
