Looks much better than a power strip.Used for several game accessories and electronic devices.PS3 controller dock, WII U dock, WII U Controller dock, Google Home Mini, Roku, phones, tablets, wireless headphones all pulgged in.Update: purchased July 2017 its March 2020It still works fine. There has been a high pitch sound since we purchased it. Can only compare to a harddrive spinning. We thought the Playstation or Wii or some other console was on bit it's the Power Port. I forgot about the noise until today when I moved it to the opposite side of the room where it's closer to the sofa.It's been good but that sound gets annoying.

This 4port charger will charge 1 or 2 devices but when you plug in all 4 usb it will stop working. I usually need to charge serval devices at the same time for work purposes and I used 3 usb ports to charge the IPads. The unit was getting hot but I thought it was normal, eventually I heard a high pitch sound and like a sizzling and white smoke. IM glad I was right next to it while working on things or else I'm sure my room/house would have caught fire. Be careful, I actually liked it but considering that it burned the bottom plastic and USB ports stopped working I don't recommend charging all devices at one time, use 1 or 2 ports and save yourself the headache and worry.

This thing is terrible! I bought this item during an Amazon lightning deal to use on my side of our bed since I do not have an outlet on my side. I used it only a few weeks before it started shorting out. I tried different wall outlets and even bought a new charger cord for my phone thinking maybe it was part of the problem. It wasn't and now everything I try to use in it shorts out. Really stinks that it doesn't work correctly. I will stay far away from this brand in the future. Do yourself a favor and find a different product!

would not charge samsung cell & iPad at the same time

Disappointed when the usb charging ports stopped working within 6months. Just sat on my nightstand and used for regular charging of my phone, etc. Nice compact design but useless after such limited use.

Horrible design. Who designed this? The outlets are oriented so that if you use an AC adapter brick, it blocks the other outlet.

works great! the on/off switch is hidden, so not easily bumped. the USB ports are in a great spot as well for easy access. and the plugs are spread out enough that we can easil plug in larger plugs.

Excellent charger, and also excellent service. I had this charger for a while now and the USB ports stopped working. I contacted We melody and the responded quickly and sent me a new one.
