It worked like a magic against mosquitoes for the first 3 days or so...
I have a huge mosquito problem. There are marshes and still water near my house. It is wonderful for the wild life, but I get swarmed by mosquitoes. I have a lush garden, creatures and bugs love my garden as well. A swarm of mosquitoes hang around outside my front door and the front porch. A black cloud of mosquitoes will fly out whenever I water the potted plant at the entry way. This Ultrasonic Repellent arrived yesterday and placed one at the entry way. It is supposed to be used indoor, but the extended entry way to the front door is covered and both sides with walls. As soon as I placed it there, the majority of mosquitoes seemed have cleared. I shook the potted plant's leaves, and saw only a couple mosquitoes flew out. I checked last night and did not see any bugs gathering around the ceiling light. I checked again this morning by watering the potted plant where a whole lot of mosquitoes used to hang around, and no mosquitoes flew out of it. To make sure, I sprayed the entry way to see if a black cloud of mosquitoes would fly out, and saw only a couple of mosquitoes fly out. A moth is perched on the ceiling, and a fly is perched on my hanging basket (but it could be just outside the sonar range) but I don't care as long as it gets rid of mosquitoes. A couple of mosquitoes is nothing compared to the swarm of them I had to deal day in day out throughout the summer.P.S. So, it worked like a magic for the first 3 days, then mosquitoes are back in vengeance. Do they get used to the ultrasonic sounds? I am testing to see if mosquitoes will go away with the different repellent by a different maker. I will update the result.---About a month later, there are still some mosquitoes in my door way, but number of mosquitoes reduced for sure. So, while it is not perfect, it still works. Ants don't seem to be bothered by it.

SUPER GREAT INSECT/MOSQUITO REPELLER -
I purchased this Ultrasonic Pest Repeller to send it to my mom in Caracas, Venezuela, they have a big mosquito problem over there, besides all the other problems, and my mom got bitten to a mosquito and got the Zika, but thankfully she is recuperating, and I got it really quick with the advantage of Amazon Prime, and only got 1 because I was not sure if it was going to work, thankfully my brother was able to deliver it to her within a day of me sending it to him, and as soon as my mother got it, she plugged in and we all prayed it was going to work. She called me the following day very excited telling me that she had slept without the mosquito net around her bed, and no blanket because it was hot and she said that she did not feel a single mosquito in her room at all, she is so happy, and of course I am happy too. And of course we are happy that not only works on mosquitos, but on any other animals as well. I am planning on buying at least 3 more to send to her, so they can have one in each room of her condominium. Thanks for making this insect repeller, it's quiet, the only sign that it's working is the blue light on. The only question I have is: How long does this Insect repeller last? I am assuming that since it's electronic it will last a very long time, but if someone can let me know so I can be prepared and buy more as need it. From the bottom of my heart, THANKS, THANKS, THANKS, YOUR PRODUCT IS GREAT I WILL RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE.

So far so good
After finding a six inch centipede in our new home, we ordered this pest repeller. While other residents in similar new homes are already finding roaches and other pests in their homes, we haven't seen anything. We think this is due to the pest repeller. We're also pleased that they haven't bothered any pets that have come to visit.

Works great on Crickets!
I just started plugging these in trying to figure out where would be the best place for them to be put in my house. I've had a cricket problem for the past week where I couldn't find the guy but I could hear him and haven't been able to sleep. Roughly 10 minutes after I plugged this in the cricket showed himself. I just lament I couldn't catch him, he also appears to have a friend that this thing has driven out. Wish I would've gotten these sooner! I may have to get more for the other rooms in my house and my garage.Update 9/12:I've been using the pest repellers since I've gotten them. I'm sticking with five star rating because they do repell and the pests go away faster than if left on their own. However, it does not stop them completely from coming in. My house is very old, somewhat small, and there's cracks and cervices everywhere these bugs can get in. So I'm fighting a constant up hill battle. This saves me a lot of hassle and does help a lot. I'd recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to use poisons to get rid of the problems.I think my biggest challenge was finding somewhere useful to plug them in at because of the design of the house and how small the rooms are there's just not that much of a place to put them they wouldn't be blocked by furniture. I'm still not sure I have them in the best place, but again they still work and that's the biggest thing.I also got some for my dad's garage, while I haven't been in there as much as I am our house since it's been so hot this year, I will be keeping an eye out and updating the status of how well they work there too since the garage is a very large building compared to the house and often has more pests than not, including some lizards.
