Great, Organic, Non-GMO certified Light Oil with no Aftertaste. A keeper!
I am thrilled with this product. I am a foodie, who loves cooking & baking. I am also a non-GMO/organic girl. I admit, I was very skeptical, but the non GMO canola oil I was buying was ridiculously overpriced. I would not write a review on Healthy Harvest Oil until I tried it in baking, cooking & frying. I expected it to leave an aftertaste & or smell, quite frankly. But, I was desperate for a good, organic oil that was reasonably priced. I found it! I still have coconut, grape seed, EVOO & peanut oil (& of course, sesame oil) in the house for their specific uses, but this is now my go to "every day" type oil. Thank-you Healthy Harvest (& Amazon for offering). You will have a loyal customer.

Small bottle vs. large jug....is it the same?
I had been using the smaller bottles of the Healthy Harvest Organic Soybean Oil for a couple of years. Now that they have stopped selling the smaller bottles, I had to purchase the larger plastic bottle. and I don't think it is the same. Maybe for cooking, you cannot tell the difference, but I give it to my daughter who has Multiple Sclerosis and has muscle weakness in her legs. Organic soybean oil has sterolins in it which helps greatly with auto-immune disease. Since being on this larger jug, her symptoms are back with the muscle weakness., I have one small bottle left which I will use to prove whether the ingredients are the same. I am very suspicious that something is different. This will probably not be of much use to the average person, but I decided to comment anyway.

Fry with ease and let the food taste excel
Want to cook with LESS oil...this does the job well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the gallon is hard to handle so probably have a smaller container for everyday use. The oil lets flavors come through well of the food you are frying. Yes, we are now ordering our second bottle...I got past the size weight problem by using a cheap and easy slide board on rollers next to my stove (out of bright window light). I got my nifty slide boards from Amazon and they work for heavy counter appliances that are usually set back. I use for my crockpot, my gallon of oil, my toaster and my anything heavy that is hard to reach small enough to fit both countertop and cabinets. Surprising we to me (I cook) is that the soy oil works as well as say grape oil or other products used to protect high temp foods ..ie frying.

Doing what others won’t...
Third time ordering from this company and you can’t beat the product nor the price. Very hard to find, for some reason, but if you hate Monsanto Space-Age GMO pesticide laden soy like I do then this is a life saver.

This oil is excellent. The first thing you notice about it when you first use it is its crystal clear appearance as compared to most commercial vegetable oil, and it has a clean and mild taste to match it's transparent look.

Excellent all-purpose oil!
Actually it wasn't the type of oil I meant to order, but it works well as an all-purpose cooking oil.
