The person who personalized this for me realized from the date that I was pushing it getting it in time. She made it a priority to do the extreme quality work on this and get it in the mail to me and have it delivered BEFORE my Anniversary! You just don't find customer service like that anymore. I will definitely be looking at this company for any other products that I need that they offer! This looks so great on my entertainment center!
