It took me a while to like this serum because it is so sticky, and paired with other moderately sticky serums (like L’Oreal’s retinol serum), my face is even stickier. But since I use this only at night, I can overlook the stickiness and somewhat heavy feel after I top off with my night moisturizer. I love how soft my face is in the morning after I wash it with a gentle cleanser. I have aging skin that is slowly filling with spots and hyperpigmentation. This serum has helped a lot over the last four weeks, along with an arsenal of other actives, like Vitamin C, retinol, retinal, collagen, and peptides, put together in separate morning and evening skincare regimens. I’ve used other Cos de Baha products and like them all, this Niacinamide 20% being one of the main actives in my arsenal. No weird smell or funny texture, just a clean product that works. As far as this being a pore reducer, I cannot speak for that because I’ve had huge pores since birth and even lasers and microneedling at my dermatologist’s office haven’t shrunk them — my gift in the crapshoot that is genetics. My main problem now is the discoloration on my face that came after menopause, and this serum is definitely helping.

I’m a researcher and have devoured information on niacinamide. I’ve researched the products available on Amazon and have found this to be the very best one. I’ve had no irritation whatsoever. I do blend it in with snail mucin, which delivers amazing results. It’s excellent value for money with a consistency you would expect with high-quality niacinamide. Great value for money no sense. I’ll continue to buy this product for as long as it’s made available.

I have huge pores and can never find anything to minimize them, but with regular use, it reduces their size fairly well. I like how it's helps my "old lady" skin look and feel better. I am mostly satisfied with it's performance.

I love the product. The packaging is awful though. I put it in my skincare box and it got jumbled around and leaked out everywhere. Makes me wonder how fresh it's gonna stay if it leaked out with minor pressure out of the dropper top. I repurchased and I'm more careful now. The product itself is awesome. It's helped me with cold sores too moisturizing, doesn't take much. The ingredients list is nice. I'm a skincare addict so I'm always trying out new stuff. Just really disappointing packaging.

This serum is amazing. It has transformed my skin so quickly. I had been struggling with rebuilding my stratum cornium and lipid barrier after making some bad product choices and damaging my skin. I had this product for awhile and set it on my bathroom shelf because I read that it was helpful for oily skin. Well my skin is anything but oily. It's terribly dehydrated and uncomfortably sensitive. But when I learned that it helps build the lipid barrier and added it into my routine hoping it played nice with all my other products and helped hydrate my skin. Not drying at all. I'm on a strict routine of oil cleansing, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, stem cells and peptides, bakuchiol, hyaluronic acid, and lipid complex and this serum plays wonderfully and even compliments all these ingredients. I'm in my mid forties and I'm starting to feel like I'm in my thirties again. It's hydrating, it's gentle, it's protective, it makes your skin look amazing and glowy AND it helps rebuild damaged stratum cornium which is the real reason our skin ages.

This 20% niacinamide is amazing. I was using 10% previously, and not seeing a huge improvement in my pores. I changed this, and only this, in my routine and now they're definitely shrinking. I was nervous that this product would not be super effective based on the price point, but it is definitely doing something. It IS heavy and sticky, so I only use it at night. By morning my skin is super smooth and even. I will not be buying a $50 bottle of name brand niacinamide while this is still available. I love it!
