Source NaturalsWellness Multiple, Daily Defense Supplement - 60 Tablets

Ok, first of all, what this is NOT- this is NOT Source Naturals Wellness Formula, this is a multivitamin that you can take every day, which synergies with the famed Wellness Formula (which you should take before, during and after being sick, but not every day all year around). It's a great multivitamin, marred only in that they expect you to take four larger tablets every day. Myself, I only take two, trusting to my food to get me the rest, and for this to pick up any holes.So, it's a solid, but maybe expensive multivite, great for fans of Source Naturals Wellness Formula.

Crumbs. I didn't even know Source Naturals made this product. I was just excited to see that these were tablets - last time I ordered w Prime they only had capsules. I just saw Wellness on the label and ordered it, even paying a couple of bucks extra for 1-day shipping bc I thought I was getting a cold and was almost out. Studies show vitamins are worthless or bad, but we do love our Wellness FORMULA for colds.

I've been using this for years and have been recommending it to everyone. I first used it when my kids were babies and I was down with a horrible flu. Over the counter wasn't working so I went to a health food store. The nutritionist there recommended this BUT in my state, he recommended I take 3 every 3 hours. WOW, did it work! After the 2nd dose, I felt a little better and by the 3rd, I could function. Now I take it the moment I think I'm coming down with something and I think I've gotten sick about half a dozen times in the 17+ years I've been using it. When I did, it was never more than a cold. My college-age kids swear by it now too and keep it in their dorms!

Clearly a great multivitamin with lots of benefits for supplementation. My husband accidentally ordered these thinking he was ordering the immune support formula and realize when they got hear they were the wrong ones. To prevent from sending them back he decided to try them. I noticed his hair was growing so fast he was having to shaving his head more often than usual. I just knew I had to try them and I'm glad I did. I feel so much better since I've started taking the Wellness Multiples.

We like the product.

One of the best multiples IMHO, very well balanced, very complete. I was able to reduce or eliminate several supplements that I took daily with using this product. Warning: The daily dose is 4 large horse pills. Doesn't bother me though.

In the past five years that I have taken Wellness, I have not had a cold or sinus infection. It seems to be a miracle drug, indeed. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I took USANA vitamins for over 2 years and were happy with them however they are very expensive. Wellness Multiple is great alternative and is 1/3 of the cost which is a bonus.
