Is the band strong? & easy to adjust? for ruff outside use ?

the band is strong very easy to adjust I work outside a lot good in weather when it gets dirty take it of and wash it very easy

Just a military term the seller is using to induce those who were in the military to buy this watch- It is a nice basic watch that has one function- it tells time and it looks like a very familiar military type field watch. The seller also uses the word "tactical" as well- It is a nice affordable watch that looks like a tactical soldier in the infantry would use.

Would this watch likely get me spotted or stand out in a tactical enviroment?

The watch face is made of glass. So it's going to glare. Shine. Throw some muddy water on the watch face to prevent that. But other than that and the metal parts. Shining light back. It's pretty simple. I'm not sure if by stand out you mean, look good. Or what.
