This was a refurbished item and it was in perfect condition. Also a very nice microwave.

Read the instructions. I use this daily and have abused my M-Wave like no tomorrow. 6 month and not 1 use. I boil water, cook, and even bake with it. It's super strong so learn how to adjust the settings. I found it to be a great value to me for the money spent.

Excited when it arrived. Big enough to reheat anything. Lots of functions to learn. Down side was the box shipped in was flimsy and got a heating during shipping by handler. Even inside packing material showed lots of abuse. Which made it even more surprising that despite a ding on the back of the appliance it arrived intact.

I like it. It's fast, quiet, and Big. It's everything my last one wasn't. I would recommend it whole hardedly.

I chose to purchase a refurbished product, because it had all the features I wanted and it stated that it had been service by professionals, and they guaranteed the microwave would work just like a new one, and it had no visible damage that could be seen up close. So, I took a chance. I purchased a Panasonic Microwave. After a few weeks of looking at all the microwave at different stores I chose this one, it had everything I wanted. The write-up stated that it had no visible damage that could be seen from a distance both from the outside and inside. This was not true for the microwave that was sent to me. I received my microwave it had a dent on the top right side. A dent that could be seen from far away as well as up close. Not a large dent, but a dent. But the rest of the overall appearance of my microwave is outstanding. I love it, even with the dent. It seems to run and works as a new product, just like the writeup said it would. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.Thank you, Amazon!

This is the largest microwave I've ever purchased. I'm glad I did. Fit a whole medium pizza in the box. Good interior lighting and easy to clean. Keyboard shortcuts takes a bit of getting used to but simple once you read the booklet. Beeper is not so loud to be annoying and can be silenced. Love the HUGE turntable. Needs a sturdy table or shelf.

I bought this "renewed" and I've been using it about 3 weeks and it's perfect. It looked brand new straight out of the box. Easy to use basic functions. The power level is super easy to adjust, is one of the reasons I choose this particular inverter microwave. The sensor defrost worked pretty well too. I haven't really tried many of the additional features yet, but so far, this is the best microwave I've ever had!
