Makes great bread and pizza
Finally a gluten-free mix that addresses the nutritional needs of people with Celiac disease. So many of the other bread mixes out there are nutritionally deficient. I have tried the bread recipe and the pizza crust. Both are great. The bread tastes very good and makes great sandwiches. Many of the other brands of bread mixes I tried in the past made loaves that literally fell apart or were so wet I had to toast them. But the bread I made from this mix is a lot better. You don’t have to toast it. The texture is good and so is the flavor. The pizza was really good and easy to make too. I would recommend this mix to anyone. I am going to try the pie recipe next.
