I purchased this yoga towel because I was slipping a bit on both my standard yoga mat and my cotton yoga mat, just enough to prevent me from making progress with my practice. This towel got excellent reviews so I decided to give it a shot!The towel arrived quickly and I used it the next day on top of my cotton mat. The moment my hands got a bit sweaty I could really tell the difference! It was like I attained another level of grip and neither my hands or feet moved when I didn’t want them too. The mat doesn’t smell like chemicals, it is comfortable and easy to stow in my yoga bag alongside my mat. I love the colors, it feels very high quality, is large enough to cover my mat plus some to spare and the grip dots on the bottom stick to my cotton and standard mats perfectly so I never have to adjust them, even if I am moving around a lot.If you are looking to take your practice to the next level, this is an amazing yoga accessory to have!

The feel of the fabric is rough and after a few washes it is pretty slippery. I don’t use fabric softener or dryer sheets and typically hang dry. I changed the detergent I was using on it hoping that would help, but no go. It’s better than nothing, but I won’t buy again.

I bought 3 different brands of yoga towels and this is in a tie with my favorite. It might be my favorite actually. The nubbies on the bottom stick to the mat well. It absorbs my sweat. My feet still slide sometimes when I'm very sweaty, but not nearly like they would if I had no towel.I also bought this because at my gym all the yoga mats have to be sanitized and I don't want to get any of that on my skin so the towel helps with that too.Also it's pretty and I love the colors of this towel. I wash it in the washer and dry it in the dryer and its held up well for a couple months now. I have a few towels so I only have to wash them once a week or so. Wash it separately though and not with any other bath towels or laundry because it will attract every piece of lint or hair in your laundry and it really annoys me to have lint and hair on my clean yoga towel.

This beautiful yoga towel washes well and has decent grip. Note that I've never dried mine and only line dry. Still after three years it's still like new.

I go to a hot yoga class and needed something so I wouldn't stick to the mat. Someone else had one similar to this and swore by it, so I got it to try out. It's amazing! 3 different classes above 102 degrees twisting on the floor, inversions, it didn't budge, and I am not a light person.
