Great mat + great cause = money well spent
This is the BEST YOGA MAT! I have been practicing on cheap mats for so long that I didn't know what I was missing. Gone are the days of me sliding while in Downward Dog and hot-style Triangle! Even better is knowing that a part of the proceeds benefits such a great cause. I recommend FlowMats to everyone.Before purchasing this, I considered buying other brands like Manduka or Lulu... but the cause of building a school in India is what nudged me this direction. I am so glad I did.I debated on going with the 5mm or the TravelFlow, and opted for thinner to help with balance. I am glad because the TravelFlow is so easy to carry and (IMO) has plenty of cushion.I really like the color too.

I have their regular flow mat and although it's amazing, it's way too big to carry around regularly.I bought this travel one and I love it!! The reason I love these mats is because you do not slip around! I've tried a couple other brands, I purchased a skid towel, etc. NOTHING holds a candle to these mats :)

This is definitely the grippiest yoga mat I've ever used, which is saying something because I sweat like a man lol! It's lightweight for traveling, but still feels like a mat you could use every day. I love the flowmats nonprofit mission of building a school in India, so it's good to know it's money well spent!
