I am 47 years old and have had problems with hair breakage. I started taking these and my hair appears stronger. I noticed that I don't lose much hair in the shower like I used to. I also use the shampoo and conditioner with the scalp spray a few times a week.

Taking 3 times a day is a bummer. Otherwise have not been taking long enough to see results.

Didn't work any better then some of the other hair vitamins I have tried. There are better ones out there.

Vit A is too strong yet, this is a very sexy vitamin

My package showed up on time without any damage. I am a women who have started to experience hair loss. I've been trying all of the cream and supplements. I was thankful to be able to try this! It says to take 3 daily with food. Three?? That seems like a lot. I took 1 with breakfast in morning. The pill is rather large and has a smell that is not the greatest. It left a strange after taste in my mouth. I'll continue to take them because they are full of vitamins that can't hurt. I don't think I could stomach taking 3 of these at a time though. This pill is not for you if you don't like swallowing horse pills, because they are rather large in size. I only gave it three stars for right now because I have just started to take them and I really can not give you the ends and out of how much my hair and or nails have grown. But what I can tell you is that I have had a boost of energy lately. And I do believe that it comes from the pills. I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.
