It seemed this product did work as advertised. I felt less hungry than usual, and it was definitely easier to not snack at night. I switched to a different product (Z-Burn), but it does not seem to be as effective as GarciniaDream. Will probably go back to GarciniaDream.

not getting much effect from it

I got some great nights of sleep but didn't loose a pound despite dieting and exercise. I see no use for this product unless you want a good night's sleep.

I have no problems going to sleep. I was just trying this for weight loss.I took it only for 3 days and each one of those days I was very tired and sleepy and could not concentrate at work.I was back to normal as soon as i stopped taking it

It didn't work for me.

It's only been a week and I'm sleeping more soundly! Much more rested and feeling better already. I am noticing less water weight too. This product is great so far!

i slept really good with this but woke up with a bad headache and very grouchy. i had to stop taking it and didnt help me lose weight at all

If you are looking to just lose a few pounds from this product... then I say go for it. I was hoping to lose about 13lbs but only lost 7lbs. total and have been taking the product since May. Nothing in my diet or exercise has changed since. But great product to get rid of the extra few lbs that is not wanted for sure!
