This is like a bagpipe you'd get off Wish
The bagpipe is fun but this will not help for beginners. The chanter is absolute s*** and won't play. Also bagpipe is permanently out of tune. If you can already play bagpipes this would be good to fart around with if you wanna go irritate people at a park or disrupt a church, or just wake your least favorite neighbors at 5 am.Again, do not buy if learning. Unless you want to spend equal amount of money on a good chanter. That being said it's still worth it. Now I have a to-go bagpipe I can just throw in the car and play at the pub until they pay me to stop

Does not come assembled
Bag pipes have many pieces, reeds, bamboo shoots, and you will need to hire someone to set the pipes up for their initial use

Great decoration. Doesn’t function as bagpipe
Unplayable. Better as a decoration

Don't bother!
My husband has played pipes for over 20 years and you will never find playable pipes at this price point. Hang them on the wall and feel free to drive the screws right through the bag, the chanter and or the drones. Entry level or beginner pipes cannot be had for under $800 to $1200. My husband went with McCullum pipes, which were $1200 twenty years ago; he still plays them and even bought a second set a few years ago. The only difference between their entry level and their others, is fancy silver engraving and real bone mounts.Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate dealer.

Broken Chanter
Overall quality was great, but ultimately unplayable, sadly.

Decorative, not musical
I teach bagpipes and have several students who have bought these. They look nice hanging on the wall, but require hours, even days, of difficult and expert adjustments to make any noise that even resembles music, and no matter what effort you apply they will never sound as pleasant as a proper set sounds right out of the box.Don't buy these if you're going to try to play them. Buy them if you want a set hanging on the wall at your Scottish-themed bar.
