Kindle edition. Really enjoyed reading this book as it gave a very good overview of the trials and tribulations involved in starting up some of the technology world's must successful companies and all the hard work involved. I would liked to have seen more graphics in the book such as photographs of the various entrepreneurs, summary diagrams of the timelines involved in achiveing success and the logos of the companies reviewed as this would have given the book a much nicer look than just raw text. I hope to see repeated future editions of the book when the next batch of successful companies emerge. It might also be interesting to examine some of the older tech companies from the 70's and 80's.Interesting and worth purchasing.

I like the interviews and conversational style of the book. It offers a good look into the minds of some of the top movers and shakers in the mobile world during one on one interviews. Mobile is on fire and it's a big part of what's coming in our technological future so hang on and enjoy the ride!Thank you Danielle for this absolutely awesome resource!

Great read!This is a really interesting book which contains some fantastic interviews with the mobile industry’s best and brightest. Lots of tactical advice and lessons learned the hard way.Being a UK entrepreneur now based in US, I also liked the fact the founders were from all corners of the globe i.e. European Toca Boca founder talks about how the culture in US is a lot more entrepreneurial due to having less fear of failure, than those in Europe.

I highly recommend this book to anyone running a startup or thinking of starting one - the lessons shared in each chapter, from the founders of Siri, Shazam, AdMob, OpenFeint et al, offer invaluable business advice, especially to entrepreneurs working in the mobile / tech innovation field.

Seventy percent of each interview is about the life and of those founders, their childhood and career moves; but very few advice and take-aways for to-be entrepreneurs. Problem is in the questions, most are not oriented towards a building-a-business perspective.

Well written book, showing inspiration behind some of the new technology we have taken for granted. Interesting stories of how hard work and passion for what you enjoying doing in life (and the Apple App store) can lead to great success, no matter what age you are or which part of the world you come from.If you are planning on starting your own business book gives insight into the potential pitfalls and what other entrepreneurs have done to overcome these problems.

I found this an inspiring read as it features some of the most successful mobile founder stories, in their own words. It contains a good mix of personalities and the interviewer asked great questions which naturally led to some fascinating stories being shared.I would recommend it to all aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those with an interest in mobile/tech.
