Seems to be low quality. The strap handle broke after six weeks. Could not find the location/link to ask for fixing/replacing the strap.

I love the look, the functionality, the storage space, and the different ways to carry my purse. I’ve been complimented so many times. I love the gray with the black. So far it feels very durable. It’s a little heavy but you can remove the charm. But the weight is all in the handles. I will be buying another to have as a neutral spare.
