I tried it for the first time just walking, and running, then I tried at the gym, doing my daily routine of exercises, I did feel some support in my back when train my core and back to support my spine better instead.After few minutes working out I already felt my tummy area getting warmer, and I was sweating at least three times.It is very important to make sure everyone knows that this is not a corset or waist trainer and should not be used as one.This is a waist trimmer meant to shed excess water and improve circulation in the area, imitating a sauna of sorts.It is made of neoprene so it is not meant to be worn for longer than a period of two hours. The first thing I noticed about this waist trimmer is how big it is. It is meant to be a unisex waist trimmer so both men and woman can use it, but if you are my height (5'2" ish) then I would recommend just putting in the extra 10 dollars and getting one that is meant for a woman, otherwise it does what its supposed to do. It really makes you sweat. A big downside would be the smell of it. When I got it out of the package it smelled so bad, like straight out of factory smell. Five stars because it gets the job done.

This product is incredibly comfortable!The product has no problem staying in position even with excess movements. The velcro holds on tightly!I've enjoyed using this product very much.
