This shirt is nice, I have only been using it for 3 days.Initially, it was super tight but I noticed on the 3rd day it was easier to take on and off. It helps so much to maintain heat and make you sweaty, if you’re like me and struggle with the midsection or just want to have core temp. Up for workouts this is honestly a real good bang for your buck!I clean with soap and water after every use and air dry it.I got the 4XL, I am 6ft 325lbs.If you are a bigger person please just get two sizes up they do run small.Idk about durability but either way for the price I’d buy again. Great product, it does make me sweat a lot, the only is the size, I would advise you to follow their guidelines and buy one size smaller.

I bought the Small T Shirt and when waiting, I read the reviews to size up and thought it would be too small. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was too big. I looked the size guide online and, as I have a 29” waist, it would be big. I went to return it but couldn’t find an equivalent available online which would have fitted. So, I wore it under a compression top and it worked well. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get it in the correct size but workaround was very effective.
