This is the mainstay of my sourdough bread baking! I have purchased two of these now (one pink and one blue, love the color options) and I love this brand and how lightweight this dutch oven is. The color on my bread is amazing, never under cooked and never overcooked. This is easy to wipe clean and can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees. I am so happy that I chose this brand of dutch oven and highly recommend this!

I was hesitant to buy an aluminum Dutch oven because my only experience was with cast iron ones. Because I was taking delivery in a foreign country and shipping costs are expensive and based on weight I decided to try this one. I have been very satisfied with it. I used it to make cassoulet, which involves long cooking both on the stovetop and in the oven. I couldn’t tell any difference in performance between this Dutch oven and a cast iron one. The only differences I noted were its light weight, which made it much easier to use, especially when putting it in or taking it out of the oven. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to clean up food that had baked on over hours in the oven. My enamel-coated cast iron would have taken a long time and lots of elbow grease. This one cleaned up in under two minutes and came completely clean with no discoloration. The lid fit well and made a good seal. As other reviews noted the handles and the knob on the lid get hot and require a pot holder. All in all, based on my experience so far I highly recommend this Dutch oven.

I like the ceramic coating and it is easy to clean. Food cooks great. Downside is handles get HOT so I had a pair of slide on silicone handles for the handles that works well. Use a potholder for lid knob! Price was right

This is my favorite pot! Nothing sticks to it making it super easy to clean. It is light weight. The only bad thing is that the handles get very hot!!

Can get very hot on lid and handles while cooking. Love the color and that it’s light weight. Very easy to clean and versatile!
