Billed as "Inspirational Playing Cards", this may be a bit of a stretch. The backs of all the cards say 'Happiness Blooms From Within", and the deck faces have 4 messages, one per suit..Be light - Make magic - Love wins - Be kind.I really like the design, every card is recognizable as a standard playing card, but each suit has the thematic design elements that make it unique. Bravo!I tried to show the ridged texture of the playing card surface in my photo(s). This might be contributing to what I see as a small problem with the cards: they don't slide across each other freely. I can't properly fan out the deck, "pick a card any card" style, shuffling is a little awkward, and so on. It's not a terrible problem, but it rules this deck out from any high-use game or slight-of-hand tricks.The cards come in a nice little sliding box.[I do get a good chuckle with the idea of this deck being used in a game of high stakes poker.]Seems best suited for a gift for mom or grandma who's solitaire deck is getting worn out.

Really cute deck of playing cards from Bloom Daily Planners. I love the art on the cards. Illustrations for each suit make them unique and fun. Would make a nice gift for a friend. Very good quality, sturdy cards. And so pretty.
