My grandson was naming the planets/dwarf planets (and the Goldilocks zone) when he was 4. He enjoyed planning road trips using the U.S. map while eating lunch. At 5, he is planning world travel. These place mats are extremely sturdy and colorful.

Easy to clean. And our grandsons know more about geography at 3 and 5 than a lot of adults because we talk about the states and countries using these maps.

Foam backed, wipe clean mats are bright , colorful and engaging! Fun to use.

These have been fabulous to have at the table- both for the mess coverage and the educational/interest factor. I only took off one star because I noticed they started cracking and fading a bit and we haven't had them very long. Other than that no complaints!

They are thicker than I thought they would be. They are a focal point at the dinner table now for my 4 and 5 year old and they serve as a good distraction while I shove food in their mouths. They wipe down easily, they are thick material, better quality than I expected. They seem slip resistant, really enjoying these!
