Product Contents: • 1 piece nRF24L01+ module with PA and LNA in anti-static foam • 1 piece 2.4GHz 2.2dBi Duck Antenna • 1 piece anti-static bag • 1 piece Addicore NRF24L01+PA+LNA information card with header and castellation pinout diagram Specifications: • The nRF24L01+ is a 2.4GHz ISM band transceiver • Range: 800+ meters line of sight • Includes on board support components and the RFX2401C which is the PA (Power Amplifier) and LNA (Low-Noise Amplifier) • A host microcontroller can communicate and configure the nRF24L01+ over a 4-pin Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). The configuration registers are accessible through the SPI connection. Configurable parameters include frequency channel (125 selectable channels), output power, and data rate (data rates: 250kbps, 1Mbps, and 2Mbps). • The on chip voltage regulator accepts supply voltages from 1.9 to 3.6V. • The module has 5V tolerant inputs which allows for direct connection of SPI pins to the Arduino. • Internal filtering results in high margins of meeting RF regulatory standards. The module's radio uses Gaussian Frequency-Shift Keying (GFSK) modulation as well as fast Automatic Gain Control (AGC). • The module includes an Interrupt Request (IRQ) pin which can be used to wake the host microcontroller, (ex: Arduino), from sleep when the module receives a transmission providing great power conservation in battery devices. • Auto-acknowledge and auto-retransmit abilities • Weight: 13.28 g (0.468 oz) • Board dimensions, excluding pins: 15.5mm (0.61") width x 40.7mm (1.6") length x 12.2mm (0.48") height • Dimensions of antenna, when angled at 90 degrees: 87mm (3.43") height x 9.5mm (0.37") diameter

Great, high quality product, that works as is out of box.
Very high quality. No need for any capasitor or shild. Works out of box as a replacement for one that has onboard antena. I did not have a chance to confirm the range improvenet, but nice think is that it does work. Previosly, I had ordered a pair from ebay, that look exactly as this one, but to make it work had to shild, add capasitor and hold it in my hand. This things can be build with a low quality, high noise components. So, the fact that they look the same, does not mean will work the same. I would suggest to pay a bit more and get a working one. They also have awev link with the piouts and other documents. I have got other ADDICORE products, they ALL work out of box.

I Always get good products from Addicore
I Always get good products from Addicore.I have bought 8 of the regular nRF and they worked great, almost plug and play. When addicore added the PA LNA version to its product line I ordered one right away. One if the best things is that it comes with a little card explaining the pin out, so there is no guessing. And best of all their product does work. I have both the same module from two other different vendors and I got DOAs. Not this time.

Awesome radios. Long range.
Use a 3.3v supply for best results (don't try to pull driving current through an io pin). Range is awesome. Plenty of library code out there. Love these.

It works, but the wiring is sort of awkward.

Great product!
Works great! The nRF24 radios have a bit of a learning curve as opposed to wifi, but once you begin to understand how these work and start sending/receiving packets, they're well worth the price. The range is superb! Also, this was not a cheap Chinese knockoff.

Work great, and range is better than regular one.
Working perfectly. Located in the back end of my detached garage, the communication is flawless. With the regular NRF24L01 I was unable to have a good connection.
