I didn't like it the way I thought will be in my head

I've tried a gazillion different "purple" shampoos and conditioner. This product, the generic Clairol Bright Lites is the best by far. It leaves a sweet little purple hue to my hair that I (and others) really like.

I like this conditioner. recommended by my hairdresser, as well as the matching shampoo. it works well with my hair. the only thing I don't like is that it doesn't spread and blend through my hair like others. but I solved that by using a fat tooth comb to spread it out through it. then let it sit for a bit. it really helps protect the color. at least when used in conjunction with the shimmer lights shampoo.

Transitioning to my natural color and grey over the last 4 years and this helps keep out the yellow and dingy tones. Plus it smells great!

I love the shampoo, but when I use the conditioner, it seems to dry my hair out more and makes more static and fly-aways.
