I have been taking these for a few years now. But, as of lately, they are kind of hard to get as Amazon has had my subscription in need of a substitute. They are effective and don't really have a taste as they are tablets and not chewable or gummies. They don't really smell too bad, but to avoid a sour or upset stomach, you might consider eating something light when taking them so that you can be productive at the gym and not be worried about stomach upsets. The ingredients seems straight forward. Overall, if you can order them, you can feel good knowing that they are a decent product and the benefits are there.

Gives you a serious pump. No jitters dissolves easy taste isnt my favorite. Dowsnt really make you stronger in my opinion. Ive used this stuff for years and would recommend it. It has caused me headaches at times but I'm taking twices as much as the recommend dose.

I bought this product because I wanted to try it out and review it so that any one interested can know my personal experience. I was looking for an energizer and workout pump. I took 4 pills as indicated and have noticed a hardening pump TEMPORARILY during my workout. It definitely doesn't compare to your typical NO2 products but helps out a little. The pump will last about 20-30 mins after your workout but goes away quickly after (it is kind of a deflating sensation). Overall, for the price the product is worth it. I don't feel it helped me workout harder but it pumped me up. I gave it 3 stars for that reason. The pills are pretty big and may be hard to swallow for some.

If you are looking for a magical supplement that will make you huge, then you will be disappointed in this product. However, if you are in tune with how your body feels before, during and after a workout, then this product might just be for you. I've been using Nitric Oxide for about a week and here are a few things I have noticed so far: When taken 30 minutes prior to a workout, I definitely tell that my body feels ready to go. It's not a caffeine buzz but more of a natural boost of energy. During my workouts, I definitely have felt that my recovery time between sets has shortened and I can take in more oxygen. I already have excellent cardio but I can definitely feel a slight, but noticeable, increase in my oxygen intake. Also, I've noticed that the veins in my arms pop out more and my muscles definitely feel more pumped. Finally, I definitely have noticed that I can push through additional reps and increase the weight a bit. I'm not saying that nitric oxide dramatically changes my workouts but there are enough small noticeable effects that have definitely improved my recovery and workouts. Is this product worth a try? I think so. Just make sure to follow the directions.

I need 3 to 5 tabs to feel the difference. And there is surely a difference. Also this can be stacked with a pre.
