Based on the measurements I trusted that I should order a Medium size. I have seen all of the complaints about the calf being too tight. That was not my experience. They actually fit really well by following the measurements, and I have been told I have big calves. So you other guys must have massive calves. With that said, the price seems kind of high to me for the quality. They really look good right out of the box, but the build is somewhat cheap, and I expect they will wear poorly. So for price and build quality reasons, I'm returning them (even though they fit really well). Price is high, build quality is low, and look is good (out of the box). If you want them to last, don't buy. If you need them for only one event and can dump 75 dollars, then have at it, and follow the measurements.

I was worried they would be a bit on the small side, but I was pleasantly surprised that they fit extremely well. The toe box is bigger than expected, but that isn't a complaint, it gives me room to actually wiggle and stretch my toes, especially after your foot naturally swells from walking. The pouches are functional, which I wasn't expecting, I thought they were purely decorative. And the zipper on the inside of the boot is pretty strong, it even gives you that sexy stripper feeling when you put them on and zip them up.Overall, I highly recommend them, just pay attention to your sizing to make sure you get the best fit.

My son is in love with these boots even though after a 3-hour evening his feet really hurt. He still wants to wear them all the time. They look good they turned out to be sturdier than I thought they would be and sturdier than they look.

Bought this boot, but was skeptical about the quality and fit. The medium size boot fit my size 11 foot perfectly. The boots are extremely comfortable and feel well made. I love them. This was a good purchase. I think they are a great value. The quality and comfort far exceeded my expections.

These boots are EQUIVALENT to the ones sold at Spirit Halloween.Steampunk Boots on the Spirit website are $90 plus shipping. But here, you have found the actual manufacturer. :-P So purchase with confidence, and enjoy the cheaper price.The strap that runs down the height of the boot, which has all the pockets on it, is only secured to the boot in 3 places. The rivets aren't particularly strong, so don't think that the pockets can actually handle any weight or cargo. They do look a little better when 'full', so I pack newspaper / tissue paper in them. Like others have said, the calf is snug, but the toe box is looser. The zipper seems of acceptable quality, so if you have to squeeze your leg into it, the boot should be able to handle a little stretch. It is absolutely a COSTUME article. Not meant for daily use.

It looks okay, to cheap for being near 100 bucks but other than that it's trash. To small maybe for asian people but please don't waste your money.I couldn't even get my foot all the way in and I got the biggest size.

These boots look great and had people talking about my costume left and right. They fit like a dream and we're easy to break in. With that said, I work in a haunted house. Our haunt is located in a metal barn-type building that has gravel floors. 4 production days into our season, I am running around in our room when all of a sudden I fall over for no reason. Well after moving into the light for a closer look, the heal of the right boot had completely ripped off and taken part of the boot with it so that it couldn't be repaired.Point: if you are looking for these boots for LIGHT cos-play, these are for you, but don't expect functionality or durability as they lack both.

They fit nice too. I normally wear a 11.5, and the large one fit me just nice with maybe a little wiggle room. I'd say they are a size 12 - 12.5.

What a piece of junk. Within 20 minutes of wearing these boots for my steampunk costume, 3 of the buttons had come off. I was just standing around in them. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy them, they look cool, but the craftsmanship is atrocious.
