I have used this product for about 5 years! Each time I tried another product, I came back to this one. Let me first explain that my husband uses this and as well. He used to prefer to use an oil product after shampooing his hair; however, after adding the conditioner to his regimen, he no longer requires an oil for his hair. He keeps his hair cut really low and his hair/scalp can be on the oily side. He loves the tingling sensation the conditioner gives him. This product is great paired with the shampoo for Dry & Itchy Scalp.I have very thick, relaxed hair that grows like a chia pet! I have been growing my hair out for about 2 years and this shampoo allows me to keep my hair moisturized and conditioned very well. I do not oil my scalp; however, I use the Kera Care Dry & Itchy Shampoo, this conditioner, the Kera Care silken seal, and a small amount of 100% argan oil. I wash my hair on a weekly basis. I slather my hair with coconut oil the night before washing. I also air dry my hair. I only blow dry my hair once every 3 to 4 months if I am in a rush. And last, I flat iron my hair in cycles. I air dry most often and for most of the year, I wear no heat hair styles. At the moment, I am wearing my hair flat ironed and I wrap it daily.While sticking to this regimen, I do not require any additional products added to my hair for maintenance. After 2 or 3 days, I might rub argan oil for a bit more shine, but it is not always necessary.Both my daughters have natural ethnic hair with different curl patterns. My youngest has larger curls and thicker hair. We use the shampoo and conditioner along with a curl moisturizer (s curl) for her daily regimen. I wash her hair every 2 weeks (it is just so thick and time consuming LOL!) As she gets older, I am sure she will shift to once a week wash.My oldest daughter uses a similar regimen to my youngest daughter, but she will occasionally wear a sew in weave. I do not recommend the Kera Care line for weaves!When she is wearing a weave, we use a different brand of shampoo/conditioner. When she transitioned from relaxed to natural, she washed her hair every 3 to 5 days and she would often use the conditioner for a cowash vs the traditional wash then condition. Her hair craved extreme moisture during the transition.This product is highly recommended forAfro- Ethnic hair. Every member of my family has a different hair texture, type and style, but this product works for each of us. Your scalp will feel tingling clean and your hair will be moisturized very well. With regular use, I am sure you will see benefits. Try it if you are seeking growth for relaxed hair, transitioning to natural, or maintaining your natural texture- This works very well!!

1st it came packaged very well. No busted cap, no leaks. Next the size is a nice big bottle. The smell is not floral but not too terrible. But it does work! It makes your scalp tingle just slightly. I have a really dry scalp and has dandruff because of it. I've noticed right away it made my hair feel a lot softer...as far as dandruff I'll report back after a few more uses. But so far so good. 20 buck is a bit much, but it does work.

My daughter loves this product. She has long curl hair and since she was young we have had problems keeping dandruff out of her hair. Her hair is thick and long so it has always taken along time to dry so when she would go to sleep with it damp or if she didn't rinse well it would cause dandruff build up. She is 20 now and I found this product last year. It works!! Finally she has no embarrassing flakes. Go by the directions on the label, basically the normal direction and you should get the desired results. Very happy with this product!

I have dermatitis and my scalp is aggravated very easily by the use of different products. I started using this conditioner in 2011 and I was able to discontinue use of all of my prescriptions that dried our my hair almost immediately. It tingles on the scalp when the scalp is irritated but that effect is lost when the scalp is healthy. I also use it on my eyebrows and the creases on my face sometimes. It clears up everything quickly. I have seen some complain about the consistency of the product but that has never affected my ability to detangle my hair or rinse the product out easily. I also started my bf using it because he had dandruff and now you cant find a flake in his hair. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone with Seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff or just dry scalp.

I have anxiety at might that makes me scratch my head, and then the next day I have to deal with the itchiness of my broken scalp and try not to make it worse. I decided I had to try a soothing shampoo because i was really suffering and it was keeping me from sleeping. Keracare really helped the itchiness, but I can’t use it regularly because it leaves a really yucky residue on my hair. It’s totally worth it when I’m super itchy but I wouldn’t use it preventatively because of that. I also didnt have dandruff, just itchiness, so I can’t speak for how well it handles that. It’s worth the money if you’re have a skin picking/scratching problem that makes you itchy though!

I always use Amazon.com to purchase my the "Dry & Itchy" Conditioner. For me, this product is only conditioner that solves my dry scalp/dandruff issue. Unfortunately, tea-tree oil does nothing for my scalp. I let this conditioner sit for 30 mins under a conditioning cap and afterwards my hair is so soft. My scalp is tinkling from the menthol in the conditioner. I can wait a week or maybe more to wash my hair without having any dry scalp issues. I have not had any delivery issues - I really need this product for me to have the confidence to wear dark colored blouses with my hair down not thinking about having dry scalp issues. I do use the "Dry & Itchy" Shampoo, I just run out of the conditioner before the shampoo.

My scalp gets really itchy and flaky around the summer/winter times when the weather is really dry. And it causes my scalp to dry up and get a lot of dandruff. I've used several products already and I thought I had to deal with this. It was embarrassing to see a lot of dandruff on my shirt.. But this really works! When I first got this, I used it every other day, 3-4x/week with the shampoo and conditioner, and used it as directed. After 2 weeks of using it, my dandruff literally went away! I simply had to maintain using this though, which I don't mind coz I saw results. Now I just use it once or twice a week for maintenance. :) I'd recommend this to anyone having the same embarrassing problem as I do!
