My 2 Maltese Poodles love it!
My dogs love these balls. They light up great, are soft enough to not harm teeth, and make a great sound. We are in an apartment with wood floors over concrete, so when we threw the balls high and hard, they did stop the sound due to hard impacts eventually. Probably would not be an issue with carpet or wood over wood. So, we toss a little less hard and don’t throw up in air 6-7 feet and the additional balls are keeping their sound. One of my dogs is blind and he loves chasing this ball hearing the sound. It’s not unusual for a ball to lose its sound when throwing to high and hard against a wall. Every ball we’ve ever bought for this purpose, in the past, has lost its sound eventually. It makes sense due to extra hard impact. But these are built so well that with a little less height in the throw and not pitching the ball full speed should make all the features last well. My dogs sleep with these balls in their mouth. It’s adorable.

My Pup had no Interest
I bought these after my 5 year old baby was diagnosed with diabetes. Within a week she was blind, heartbroken, I went searching for toys for sight impaired dogs. I was looking for balls, specifically, since Sasha loved catching a bounced ball. These arrived and I thought they looked great, sadly Sasha had no interest in them. Then the email started from Sheraton Luxuries asking for a review and feedback, I deleted the first one. Then came the same email from Sheraton Luxuries, being in a highly emotional state, I told her about Sasha and how she didn't have any interest in the balls. The woman wrote back asking me to put the balls in a baggy with her favorite food or treats (to pick up the scent), and she was sure Sasha would love them. As I explained to the woman, like people, animals with diabetes have to have a special diet, and we were trying to find what she would eat. Like I said earlier, I was emotionally a wreck, and lashed out at the woman. I told her I would put in for a return. When I put in for a return, I found these balls could not be returned due to the need for special handling and transport, I was shocked, and angry. How could these balls be safe for our pups to have in their mouth? But, unsafe to ship back? Today, I received another email from Sheraton Luxuries, asking for a review and feedback. This time I decided to give that feedback, while doing so I found that this; Seller Warranty Description3-Month Money-Back Guarantee "If you and your dog doesn't think it's the absolute joyful, animated and captivating toy both of you ever seen, email us and we'll refund your money!"(minus Shipping).Like I have said twice, and now three times, I know my emotions are getting in the way, at the same time where is the logic? No returns due to special handling and transport, or a three month guarantee, which is it?

Fun Toy For Dog
Out of my first order came 3. Out of 3, one did not work at all, the other 2 did. When bounced, it makes noises and has different colors. I did contact the company and told them about the one not working and not only did they replace that one, I got 2 more out of it. Out of that order, 1 worked and the other 2 just changed the colors when bounced and no sounds. I had to give this 4 star rating to the company for going out of their way to make things right. Out of the balls I have, only 2 are working. They are very durable though as he can play with them for hours and we have had these now for a couple of years now.

So much fun
These are so enjoyable for my Mia. She loves them. BUT, the sound and color wears out too fast. She still loves chasing them when thrown and they bounce all over

Best thing for blind dog!
The media could not be loaded. These are absolutely amazing! My 10 year chihuahua started rapidly losing his eyesight a few months ago (at this point we think he is totally blind in eye and can only see light changes in the other. He is pretty energetic and has always loved chasing his ball but he could only get it if he heard where it bounced, so if it went onto the carpet he would be searching forever. So I was very excited when I found this ball and saw that they had an option small enough for him (he is only 6 lbs and doesn’t have that many teeth). I wasn’t sure if the sound would scare him or not so I put the ball in his treat jar for about 20 mins before I gave it to him. He took to the new ball right away! He has absolutely no problem chasing it, even when I trick him and throw it in the other direction. And the holes in the ball make it really easy for him to grab a hold of. The noise the ball makes is incredibly obnoxious but he loves it so I can deal with it :)

Fantastic!
When thrown, the ball makes noises and flashes lights. It is much loved by my dogs. Very much loved. The downside: they do not stop bugging me to throw the balls. Ever. They find wherever I hide them (including in a bowl 6 ft off the floor). It would be better if one of the dogs actually retrieved rather than dropping the ball 15' away and expecting me to retrieve it. (She won't bring it to me because she doesn't want the other dog to get it.) The rubbery exterior hasn't deteriorated, in spite of mild - moderate chewing. Neither of my dogs is a big chewer - one has a soft mouth and the other (a rescued dachshund) only has teeth on one side of his mouth.
