Product is great but the pump came broken off. Luckily I can use my old pump with it since I still have some of the old bottle left.

The smell is great, just the right consistency for my hair. I used to to have itchy patches in my scalp but since using this product my scalp is at peace and my hair is growing nicely!

I had really high hopes for this oil as I’d seen some amazing things about it on social media. I did try contacting the company direct to ask if they did small sample sizes as not all oils are created equal and some can be way too heavy for my hair, despite even using the tiniest amount. I was looking for an oil that would benefit my hair, but not weigh it down.My hair has been very dry of late, and I was looking for an oil to crunch out my cast in my 2c/3a curls and benefit my hair at the same time, so decided to try this. Suffice to say I tried it once and I’ve had to return it!!I’m a natural red head, and whilst my hair isn’t mega thick, there’s a lot of it. I layer my products to help my curls, but it doesn’t like to be too weighed down. I placed just a couple of drops in my palm and rubbed them together to warm it up. Then did the praying hands technique over my crunchy hair, and then scrunch out the cast with what was left in my hands (which was minimal) It did feel a little heavy straight away despite only using two drops, so I didn’t hold out much hope. Then as I thought, just a few hours later my hair was weighed down with the oil, and the next day my hair felt greasy and looked like it needed a wash!! . Now I tend to wash my hair between 7 to 10 days, and this was only day 2 after washing, so I wasn’t best pleased!! (any curly girl will tell you wash day is no mean feat hence why I think we take so long inbetween washes!!!).If your hair has a tendency to be a little sensitive to oils in the respect that it can be weighed down easily, and by day 2 your hair looks greasy with only using a small amount, then this isn’t the oil for you, so avoid.

The oil is a nice liquidy consistency which is good for absorption. Smells citrusy and sinks into hair well, I have afro hair so need alot and I'm in the first stages of using so maybe need to use for longer to set the results. Would probably be great when I wear my hair straight.I'm disappointed in the Amazon packers however as the dispenser was clearly broken and they still packed it.. I know this because the broken part was not loose in the packaging..

Nice brand just getting used to it hair feels softer, but happy with fast delivery would use again

The package was damaged and the oil was open and leaked into the box. The bottle was half empty. I'd like a replacement please. I would send a photo but this app isn't allowing me to. Thank you
