It should, Toyota uses a top post battery so should work.

Does it fit 09 Toyota camry?

Yes it should fit an 09 Camry as long as your terminals are mounted on top of battery, not on the sides. These make a nice solid connection. I did not use the copper lugs. I removed the ends of the existing cables (the part that goes over the battery post), then flattened the metal end of the cable, then attached directly to the new terminals.
