VITAL EATS Kimchi Sriracha Hot Sace, 5 FZ

So, I found a bottle of Vital Eats Vampyr Blood at a local store and bought it on a whim. The name caught my eye, but once I looked at the ingredients and the fact that it is Non-GMO, Vegan, no preservatives, etc. I had to get it. The taste is out of this world. I managed to find @vitaleats on Instagram, and read their backstory. Seems that Jude and Reuben are pretty cool guys that have brought their dreams to reality, but you can tell they work hard, going to their local farmers markets and catering events in the Capital region of NY. I respect that and their commitment to the finest of products.I recent purchased this Killa Kimchi sauce and some Zombie Blood sauce. Last night we had homemade Pho (beef noodle soup) and the Killa Kimchi sauce was the perfect topping. Fresh, delicious and the right kind of zing. Plus it doesn't have any suspicious ingredients. I can't wait to try the Zombie Blood on some breakfast tacos.You have to try their products for yourself. Not only will you be getting a treat for your taste buds, but support this small company that's doing all the right things. BTW, their photography on their Instagram feed is gorgeous.

This was a gift

This is quite a good sauce. But in all honesty I don't think it tastes better or can replace regular sriracha sauce. It doesn't top the vampyr blood in my view.
