--- How Do I Use It? --- I usually just pop one or two of these in my 1l water bottle - but if you do this, be careful because it can 'fizz' up through the straw, and you end up a little sticky, and you smell a bit like orange. --- The Good --- Honestly, does what it says on the tin, got a bunch of stuff that's generally good for you (but you might want to check with a pharmacist if you're on any specific medication), I like using them, the flavours are pretty good and it's a better choice than using just squash all the time, plus keeps you hydrated, I've seen a good increase in the appearance of my skin since using these. --- The Bad --- They're a little expensive for what they are, and stock is usually quite unreliable on Amazon; I had a Subscribe & Save that I ended up having to cancel because it just kind of came whenever it was in stock, so I'd end up running out before the next delivery.

I’ve tried a few different tablets after heavy nights, and these are an absolute winner! Within 30 minutes you feel ready to face the world again! Now I make sure I have a tube in the house at all times!

Tastes nice enough, easy to use just chuck a tablet in water bottle , just used these to keep hydration up from sweating at work, gives me a boost in hydration and vitamins as I have kidney issues , good value as last me few weeks, didn’t seem to give me any energy boost but I never bought them for this 👍
