It's OK unless the wind blows. Need to tie it down otherwise it blows off
Hardy easy to dry off. But if the wi d blows it blows off you need to tie it down by the legs.and not so easy to get your hands out of the thong iether

My husband has an electric chair and this goes over his head and down over the electrics so all good news.

Hope it would be suitable for my mobility scooter but it not suitable for all scooters. And extremely hard to put on and move under the poncho
