Size and concentration is perfect to get the best white color without having to use a ton of it.I did have one explode in transit. But I’ll reorder because it’s worth it.

I use americolor white in all my royal icing. The color is a true white and does a great job without using too much.

If you need a quality product to whiten your icing and frosting, this should be your top pick. I have been using this brand for years in my bakery. This white by far is the best quality and achieves bright white quickly.

This is my go to white food gel. I order it over and over. I've tried other brands and I have not gotten the same result. Don't get me wrong when i prepare my buttercream I still use a bit of purple gel food coloring to balance out the yellow of the butter but this white food gel by Americolor really gives that brightness I have not been able to get with any other. It doesn't alter the taste of my buttercreams. I don't need to use a lot of it either.
