Are you feeling stressed and agitated? Three squirts of this on your tongue and almost instantaneously your stress levels lower. It should come with a warning that you can relax quite suddenly in fact. Don’t do too many sprays as you might make yourself sleepy though (yes I did do that!). I’ve been using it after going through a particularly hard time and struggling to cope for months. My normal go to remedy of Bach wasn’t working but this really does help.The taste is slightly unusual and it is green so if you do more than the recommended dose of sprays then your mouth could turn a strange colour (yes I’d say I did that in the interests of experimentation but I was having a particularly bad day… whether looking like Shrek’s mouth made me any better is debatable but it worked to reduce the anxiety and panic attack). It is expensive but (unless you use it a lot!) then it lasts a decent amount of time and so works out well. If you’re like me and can’t take anti-depressants or anxiety medication due to being on other medication this might work.Having said all that, if this doesn’t work for you it’s just that this isn’t the right thing for you; we are all human and all different so what works for one won’t necessarily work for another. I love Passiflora Tincture but this stuff is pure cruelty. Sweet, fake taste,I think it might work but it’s going to take some bravery to use it. Never again.So, I decided to at least use it up, and I’m converted. I became used to the taste and it works incredibly well. It’s discreet, looks like a spray to refresh the mouth. So could be discreetly used even at work. Highly recommended.

Helps me to relax so I can calm my mind for sleep. The flavour isn't too bad Liquorice a bit tangy on the tongue. easy to use 3 sprays in the mouth .

This product has worked where prescription meds failed. I use 3 sprays before bed and can get to sleep, and usually stay asleep. I spray under my tongue and let sit for 30-60 seconds.On occasions where I do waken, I use 3 more sprays and I nod off again. At times where my nerves are particularly bad, and sleep is elusive I’ve used 4 doses, each of 3 sprays. No hangover feelings in the morning.The taste won’t be for everyone. It’s aniseed and relatively strong.This product continues to be a life saver for me. Just ordered yet another bottle.

I have been using it for a few days so I can't tell you about its effects on me. What I can tell you is that the aniseed flavour too strong and it lingers on your tongue for ages!! I don't mind aniseed, but in this product it's too much; it makes me a bit sick. Not sure if I'll continue using it. I might go back to the Passiflora drops with it's mild pleasant flavour.

I trust in this, I buy it often, to keep on hand for both gentle sleep aid and stress aid as it helps to relax and feels so good.As a student herbalist I can say it's of great quality and is effective, soothing and calming.It works quickly and is effective.will buy again.

It really did not help me sleep at all. Even tried double the recommended dose, still did not do a thing for me. Had high hopes but so disappointed. Would have liked a refund.

Good taste although quite strong but a pleasant flavour.Whether it is a placebo effect or not i did find this helped.I use the bachs flower remedy but they are quite expensive for a small amount so thought I would try this.The amount for the money seemed very good. I will continue with it and have it in my bag just in case I find myself suffering with an anxiety attack. Would recommend although I think if you dislike a sweet aniseed liquorice type flavours you may struggle with the taste. Although it's much nicer than the flower remedy taste. Great value for money as the spray bottle is a good size.
