These are great for helping my balance. My balance is bad due to long covid and these have really helped. We use them in physical therapy. When I first bought them, I could barely stand on them without holding onto something. Doing my exercises and also using these, I can now stand on them (without holding onto anything) for 45 seconds. I definitely recommend them if you have balance issues. Be sure to hold onto a chair or something, when you’re just starting out.

These are great for practicing balance.

I enjoy these little things. I use them for balance, but if you pump them up too much, they round at the bottom. If I knew that, I would've bought different ones that have a solid flat bottom.

Recently had a knee replacement. used this for ankle, knee weight distribution and balance. this is a great gadget. It was fun to use. Grand kids love it too.

Good product, but it did not last. I was the only one using it and it broke after 6 months. The material gave out on the side and it deflated. Not a durable material unfortunately.

I have been using this in physical therapy for my hip replacement. So I got these to use at home as well. Extremely important to have balance as you age.

These are too small for balance work and to spiky for pelvic floor therapy so I returned.
