I have had what I would consider to be high total cholesterol and high LDL for as long as I could remember. I have made all kinds of lifestyle changes that helped in bringing my HDL up but never able to bring the total cholesterol or the LDL down to my satisfaction. When I got my lab results early this year, I was pleasantly surprised with my lipid panel and DHEA results. See images for detail. I am very happy, to say the least, and started trying to figure out what changed in my lifestyle. In general, I live a healthy lifestyle. I am a vegan, eat carefully prepared food, watch my sleep and do light exercise and take some supplements. But this has been going on for a while and the improvements have been in small increments. I have however started to use this magnesium suppliant. I can't say with absolute certainty that this supplement made the difference, but do feel it had to do a lot with it. This seems like a decent product but it's hard to know whether or not it's truly effective in curbing long-term conditions like atrial fibrillation or other heart palpitations. I figured it's worth a try though and probably can't hurt if you take it as recommended. None of us typically get enough magnesium so it's better to have it than not.Yes, of course it doesn't taste good, but you're not taking it for that. Make sure to have a chaser of some kind like some apple juice or food - and it's no big deal at all.

I like that you can use less of this because it's concentrated, but boy does it taste bad, even when mixed with water. Aaargh! I think I'll go back to the version that's not concentrated after I'm done with this.

I wasn't sure at first about trying the stronger magnesium, but I am SO glad I did! Although it still doesn't taste like chocolate, it isn't bad. For those who use straight minerals, you know that they don't taste that great. I actually don't mix mine in any kind of beverage. I just put it under my tongue for about 30 seconds or so and then swallow it and chase it with a drink of water. The Angstrom Minerals Magnesium changed my world, but this Miracle Mag is an answer to my prayers for as much as I generally take...so I believe this is a great product and I will continue to use this one! I highly recommend it to anyone who is needing the best kind of magnesium supplement!
