Best purchase for a heat wave!
I'm so glad I purchased this! I live in VA and we've been experiencing a heat wave for a few weeks now. We're talking temps in the low 100s. My AC is running all the time and can't get under 77 on most days. This fan is AMAZING! Out of everything we've tried to help with the heat in the house, this has helped the most. We don't even have to be sitting in front of it to enjoy the temperature change. The whole room is cooler. Even my husband said this was a good purchase and he originally didn't have any hope for it to help! I love that there's a remote where I can change the speed, turn it on/off, turn on/off the oscillating feature or set a timer. It's great! It's not very loud even when running on high. It's also got amazing air flow. Even in its lowest setting, I can feel it across the room.

AMAZING UNIT!!
I live in a modest apartment with my bedroom and my living room on one side and the kitchen, the bathroom and another room on the other side. I have air conditioners in my bedroom and living room so I bought this unit to put in the hallway to push the cold air into the kitchen and other rooms. You would think I had another air conditioner in here! It works like a champ! It's quiet. It has six speeds, several settings, it oscillates and it's a smart unit so I can control it with my Alexa but it also has a remote control and a panel on the unit itself. It was reasonably priced. I could not be happier! If you're considering a purchase for yourself or someone else, don't hesitate. Highly recommended.

Great Fan!
Honestly I was quite surprised at how cooling this fan is! I have a pretty small room and it heats up quite badly throughout the summer (especially with my pc on) but this makes the heat more bearable. I recommend getting the wifi version since it comes with nice functionalities on your phone. I like setting it to turn off on specific times when I’m asleep since it gets colder at night, and being able to control the functions without needing the remote. Setting it up was super easy, and it’s pretty light. I got the white version and it’s pretty sleek and clean looking! Cord length isn’t too short but not long either. As for the sound, it’s not loud from levels 1-3 but could get quite loud at higher levels but nothing too jarring imo. I leave it on throughout the night and I never had problems with the sound at low levels.

BUY THIS
I live on the first floor of an old house that is fairly large. We have been having a prolonged heat wave for about 10 days, with outdoor temps around 95 and high humidity, and I only have 2 window AC units that are doing their best to cool things down. I also have a large box fan and an old school round head, three blade tower fan that I have been using to try to push the cool air from the AC units through the house. No matter what configuration I set up for the fans to try to move the air around, it still was fairly warm in my place. I have been avoiding doing anything that would generate additional heat in my place, like opening my shades, blow drying my hair, or cooking. Sleeping has been difficult even with the old tower fan pointed directly at me on high. In sum, it's been very uncomfortable. This Dreo fan arrived yesterday and I set it up in about 5 minutes, unplugged the box fan that was in the doorway of the sunroom where one of the AC units is located, and plugged this guy in so that it pointed out of the sunroom into the living room (attempting to blow the cooled sunroom air into the living room). Turned it on and the LED display showed me that it was 85°. Too. Freaking. Hot. I cranked the Dreo up to the max speed, started it oscillating, sat on the couch to watch some TV, and waited. Within about 10 minutes, the LED display showed that the temp was already down to 81°, not a bad start for only 10 minutes. An hour later, it had dropped 12° to a very comfortable 73° in the living room. Even more impressive, the kitchen, which is all the way across the house on the very opposite end of the house from the sunroom, and has been basically a hot box during the heat wave bc the two AC units and my old fans just couldn't move air well enough to get it to the kitchen, was only slightly warmer than the rest of the house. Not like walking into a furnace as it has been lately. I brought the Dreo over to the kitchen to see what it would register for the temp and it was only 75°! Only two degrees warmer than the sunroom with the AC right in the room. Last night I brought this fan into my bedroom to help make it a comfortable temp while I slept. My second window AC is in my bedroom and I had been using the old bladed tower fan pointed right at me to try to get that cold air on me while I slept, but I was still hot and sweaty and I could not use any blanket. Plugged in the Dreo, the temperature in the room was 73°. Fine during the day but too hot for me to sleep comfortably. Again, I turned it up to the max, set to oscillate, and got into bed. Within a few minutes, the temp reading was at 70°. I fell asleep with just the top sheet on me. I woke up a few hours later bc I was actually chilly and I needed the blanket! As of this morning, the temp in the bedroom when I woke up was 64° which is right where I like it (in the winter I turn my heat down to 63°). This fan is AMAZING. I was wondering at first if it was worth the price when I could just go to target and get a tower fan for like $12.99 but after using this for one day, I am never going to waste money on those cheaper fans again. This guy really works to cool the room, not just blow the warm air around. It's really quiet, the temp display is nice, and the natural mode is also a nice touch bc it stimulates a breeze, with the air blowing at different strengths like a real breeze would do. I am going to be buying another one of these bad boys so that I can park one in the doorway to the sunroom to push the cool air through the house and keep another one in the bedroom. I have never loved a fan so much before. And the remote control is a nice touch as well.

Super great!
We really love this fan. It has so many helpful features and cools off our bedroom really well during summer months. We love that we can control it with our phones so in the middle of the night we don’t have to get out of bed to change the settings. You can also set schedules so that it blows at certain temperatures at certain times of the day. It’s super nice and fancy! It’s generally pretty quiet and doesn’t keep us awake at night. The only problem we have faced with it is sometimes the fan gets disconnected from my phone and I have to recalibrate it to connect again, which is a little annoying. Luckily, that only happens sometimes, not all the time.

A great value and a breeze to connect with wi-fi and Alexa
The Dreo Smart Tower Fan is wonderful! It was a breeze to connect to wi-fi and Alexa. The quality is exceptional, and it looks great. I was impressed with how quiet it is. It is also the perfect height for my living room. I use it on oscillate, and it covers the whole room nicely. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a smart fan.

BEAUTIFUL & STURDY
Great product — well-made, easy to use, and performs exactly as expected. The quality feels solid, the design is clean, and it works reliably every time. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and something I’d recommend to others.

Quiet, tall, small footprint, sleek design.
PROs: 1) I don't watch TV, have any ongoing noise, yet I can barely hear this tower fan. My husband and I only use the 1st and 2nd settings in our front reading area, so I tested settings 3, 4, 5, and 6 in here for this review. At 4, it makes an even kind of "hush" sound, and at 5 and 6, I would consider it a uniform smooth white noise sound, no clunking of any kind. 2) The oscillating feature produces a slow sweep of the area, beyond in either direction, so a 5-to-6-feet area on 1 or 2 setting is covered. If you crank it up to more than 3, and leave it on in only one direction, if you have a TV on, company over, you might have to turn the TV up some, and get closer to talk and listen to other people. Not because it's unusually loud, but any fan is going to make more noise as the settings and therefore, air being pushed around goes up. 3) The remote is user friendly. My 👀 are not what they used to be, but the symbols on the remote in daylight was easy to figure out, and in lower light, I know which button does what. 4) The base is stable. We have an older, different but similar tower fan, and that fan's base wobbles some when nudged or picked up and moved the least bit. I have to Swiffer and wise clean around that fan. I'm extra careful with that older, wonkier fan than I need to be with this Dreo. Having said what I have about the base and stability, we have both of our tower fans tucked just 10-inches or so from a wall, chair, bed, other furniture, so when our cat, Kizzie gets The Zoomies", there is no danger she'll careen off the fans like Tom chasing Jerry in a Warner Brothers cartoon. 5) It was easy for my husband to put together. I know because I didn't hear any loud, colorful language. 6) Each setting is distinguishable from the next higher setting, which cannot be said about our older tower fan (different brand) whose settings 1, 2, and 3, after less than a month stopped pushing any more air around on 3 than on 1, with the 2nd setting suddenly moving air just a tad less than the 3rd setting. 7) I'm not the type to rave about the appearance of utilitarian objects, but I am preparing to praise this Dreo. It looks great in the Amazon images, and even better up close standing tall between my black Honeywell air purifier (Another Amazon purchase, bought 4+ years ago) and my mahogany table where Kizzie eats her meals. 8) My husband thought the Dreo tower fan was priced a bit high, especially with our other tower fan's flaws, he hesitated but trusted my research. He doesn't complain about it anymore as, for the two of us--and Kizzie when she comes to sleep on my husband's hip--in direct line of the fan, this is a near perfect fan for us. For our needs, if I can put it in the budget soon, I'd like another for cooling down the kitchen. I have a circulation problem, need and use central air. I use the fans to back up the air conditioning because we're in a building constructed circa 1948, top floor, so heat rises extra high here. It's been, overall, a hit and muggy summer here in Ohio, and this Dreo is situated directly in line with the loveseat that I use as part desk, part reading/laptop seat. I'm comfortable, and relieved that the Dreo is working as well today as the first day we tried it out. It has surpassed my husband's and my initial expectations.
