Great picture, annoying power source
So far, so good. I used this to attach a new blu-ray player to my old upstairs SD television - and it's working great. Nice crisp, clear picture. I docked it one star for it having to be powered by USB--which is only practical if you just *happen* to have a nearby USB port available to plug it into. That or you need to buy an additional adaptor...for the adaptor. Fortunately, in my case, the blu-ray player itself has its own USB port--and using it to power the HDMI to RCA adaptor seems to work just fine. I just can't use the port for anything else.NOTE: One previous reviewer claims that you don't need to use the USB for it to work. Maybe that's true depending on how he was using it. In my experience, it didn't work unless I had it running on USB power in addition to the HDMI.BUT BOTTOM LINE: It works!

Works great - for some "non self-powered items"
The converter is ok. Make sure that you have the switch in the side set to the correct input/output so you don't fry your device, I tried to use an HDMI chromcast but it wouldn't work... (maybe because there's no power through the HDMI from it because it has its own adapter to not sense it) but I used an HDMI cable with my iPhone lighting to HDMI to the box into an RCA cable to my old TV that is in my garage. Picture was great as far as I can tell from the CRT TV... but there definitely is some audio hiss, but concertering that RCA from high end items are just as hissy (because RCA is old) it's really a good device

Exactly what I needed!!!
THIS is exactly what I needed... My big TV only has one HDMI port and I guess it got broken, and this added life to my TV until I can save up the money for a new TV and a new entertainment center set up since the current one I have , I didn't buy the extra furniture part to my entertainment center that you can put a TV on since i have a big rolly TV.1. You need a microUSB cord/charger to plug in to an outlet2. You need the RCA connectors (the cord that has a Yellow/White/Red male jacks on both sides.3. You then plug RCA connectors to the TEORDER box and then plug the other side of the RCA connectors into the TV's matching female jacks.4. Then you plug hdmi cord into TEORDER5. Finally plug HDMI into device of your choice and BAM it should work***ALSO I have my box on NTSC (mine doesn't even work on other one but that may not be the case for someone else)

Satisfied customer
Works as expected. I did have initial issues as I am trying to get an old TV to work with new equipment and my issue was no color. Everything was black and White. But I turned everything off and went to bed and got up the next morning, turned it on and it worked fine. So it just took a shut down and reboot and an overnight rest period. No other issues.

Delicate and glitchy
My picture on the television is glitchy, it randomly blacks out and drops sound for a second, only to come back. Sometimes it'll play sound but no pictures, requiring i unplug and replug the convertor. Sure this works if all you have is an RCA tv, but just go get the HDMI tv unless you've got a severe attachment. This box is a stop gap, but a hassle, too.

This ACTUALLY works!
*This one DOESN'T try to run straight to the stupid webcam like the 2 USB "video capture devices" I have. I use it with my ClearClick video capture device. With this device, I can record anything off of my laptop, but the aspect ratio seems to be square. I'm not trying to see that! Not sure if it's the computer, the Teorder, or the ClearClick, but I'll figure it out. The video quality is fine.

works well
Great converter. Converts my hdmi from fire st ck to my tv. Sound and picture works well. Great from hdmi ooutput of pc or laptop to tv. Only draw back, causes fire stick to over heat and shut down after 30 minutes. Did some research. Since the converter output is not HD the fire stick over works. So 4 stars.

Does what it says
Works incredibly well. I connected it to my Blu-ray player and it played any disc and Blu-ray that I threw at it.The picture, however appears pretty saturated with the reds popping way more than they should. I didn't see a way to adjust this. The TV itself normally doesn't do this either. Not the end of the world for me but I did have to mark it down one star. Overall, definitely worth the purchase.
