The content is thorough and covers topics for exam outline. It is truly a good material for exam preparation for those who have already learned exercise physiology and years of experience in this field.

The information provided on the cards are great. Although I hate the quality of the cards itself. Its soooooo flimsy. Its practically the next grade above regular printer paper.

Very informative on the big topics that are covered in the exam as well as techniques on how to prepare and practice for the exam.

Did not find this "book" helpful at all. It seemed to be geared towards people who do not have a graduate degree, which the exam requires...

The book is a great tool to review chapters. It concise with the requirements of the exam.

Few things, I do not like how the content in the book is organized, as it doesn't seem to have much reason to the order. Second, there are several instances where the information is incorrect....basic information, hopefully accidental. Lastly, maybe I am very picky but it bothered me how it was written. For example, they used the world actual or actually wayyyy to much..."The first step in actual exercise prescription is......", "Prior to actual exercise testing....." "In most cases, the best method is actually to gently press or palpate a vein........." "In fact, there is actually a potentially fatal situation....." Other than that the information was helpful, just not to the extent or quality as expected by its selling price.
